Aobaom (born 29 December 2010) is a student at Satit Panyapiwat (SPIM), best known as the central figure in the history of The Ramp, the informal gathering spot at the school's swing gate. He is also the founder of the micronation known as the Kingdom of Raetanland.
The Ramp
The group associated with The Ramp began forming while Aobaom was in Mattayom 2 (M2). He met up with his friend Linus and reconnected with Narat, a classmate from Grade 2 who recognized him but did not know him well.
The reunion was initially strained: Narat was annoyed that Aobaom had never returned a set of Pokémon pencils borrowed back in Grade 2. The grievance eventually cooled and the two became friends, bringing Washi ("Wash", later "Washing Machine") into the circle. As the group grew through M2 and beyond — adding Art, BB, Vanda, and later Seamus — Aobaom remained its constant, the senior member around whom the younger M1 students gathered.
Kingdom of Raetanland
Aobaom is the founder of the Kingdom of Raetanland, a micronation. (Details to be expanded.)
Personal life
Around Grade 6 (Prathom 6), Aobaom developed two interests that have stayed with him: politics and drawing. The latter grew into a broader enthusiasm for artistic activity.
His political views in this early period were briefly far-right, though by his own account he never fully committed to that position. After entering Mattayom 1 (M1) his outlook moderated, and he eventually settled into Thai ultra-royalism.
